All Golden Goose USA shipments are fully insured and require signature confirmation for orders over $200 to ensure your luxury sneakers arrive safely.

Delivery Information
What to Expect
- Packages typically arrive between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Delivery attempts are made Monday through Saturday
- If you're not home, a delivery notice will be left
- Packages can be held at carrier facilities for pickup
- Delivery to secure locations (concierge, office) is available
Missed Delivery
If you miss a delivery attempt, the carrier will typically make 2-3 additional attempts. After the final attempt, packages are held at the local facility for pickup or returned to our warehouse.
Shipping Restrictions
Please note the following restrictions on our shipping services:
- We do not ship to freight forwarders or package forwarding services
- International shipping is not currently available
- Some remote locations may require additional delivery time
- Weather conditions may cause shipping delays beyond our control
- Peak season (November-January) may extend processing times
